I really don't care as between top and bottom posting (in terms of reading).
Hotmail is set up to make it much easier to top post, so that's what I do.

I prefer top posting, but can cope with either.
What I would ask is that those who intersperse comments clearly separarate them from the original and definitely don't use the > at the start of each comment (I think this may be added automatically by some email clients when you hit return from a paragraph that already has one). I really can't be bothered to try to parse those out!
