I've seen that one before, and it's great! Maybe someone posted it here a couple of months ago, before you came back on board?
Anyway, Mike has a terrific column in this month's Black & White Photography. I'm quite certain it's the same as the one on photo.net called "Where's Digital B&W?", but when I click on the hyperlink, it comes up "page not found" on my computer. I've looked for it elsewhere, but couldn't find it.
So, pick up a copy of the mag and read it. It warms the hearts of dedicated B&W film users such as myself.
