What, if I may ask, was the genesis of those stitches? Shoulder surgery of some sort, I'm guessing.
I know those are staples, and not stitches, but I immediately thought of a baseball when I saw it, which got me to thinking that they should import a few of the workers who stitch Major League baseballs - are they all made in the Honduras? Can't remember. Whatever, the resulting scars would look way cool!
