having aquired the lens mentioned in the headline I am wondering which generation it is - it is not the current version but is it the first or second? What are the differences?
I had the second verison and it was labelled "Tamaron 28-200 Super f/3.8-5.6 LD Aspherical (IF)." I think the later model was labelled "Super II." Don't know what designations were on the first version of the lens.
