Jos, you forgot Bulgaria- the world cup soccer team which (2 cups ago perhaps?) celebrated a certain goal with a mound of athletic bodies piled up on the pitch, during which one of them thought it was a good idea to shove his hand up another player's pants to grab, hmm, another 'B' place- which unfortunately for them was broadcast for the world to see. With incentive like that I suppose it's not really a surprise they didn't win that tournament (or any since..)
