Boris, I suppose if you can fix a watch you can fix a Compur shutter, but I'd never attempt it myself.
The extra data on the lens indicates that it's a convertible lens. As a symmetrical lens (Symmar, get it?) it has two approximately identical optical groups, one each side of the diaphragm/shutter assembly.
