I got my Fish-eye Takumar 17/4.0 and it looks *lovely*. I also bought an adaptor (Asahi Pentax, so probably an early one) which clicks reassuringly in the mount. However, I notice that when I screw the lens in, the orange dot does not align perfectly with the middle of the camera. Is that OK, or is there a problem?
On a tangential note, as part of a bundle I got a thin silver ring with two incisions on one side of it. Any idea what it is? Thanks, Kostas
