Hi! Christian, mind if I ask - is it two choppers/helicopters/?! just above middle part of the bridge? I know I normally read only sci fi, so my opinion is biased.
But it looks to me like a teaser/preview/still from a scenical shot of some sci fi movie... The buildings on the left, the amusement park to the right of them, the skyscrapers, the choppers, the sea, the light - it all sums up in my mind like a scene from "Bicentennial Man" - serene and wonderfully beautiful life of people in the future... Just my cents. Boris
