Edwin, I don't know about the price over there... but have you checked on Ilford's LC29 Plus Developer liquid concentrate? I'm using it at the moment and it's great with Ilford Pan and the shelf life is good since it comes in 1L bottle and I dilute them in 1:9 and is reusable twice. Price over here in Taiwan is around USD25/liter Just for your reference
