My first impression was that it was a police car, perhaps TAXI is better visible on the business card, but I would take a look at improving that first impression of what the message needs to relay. Now I also see taxi in yellow on the hood. Perhaps this car is obvious a taxi for people who live in Sydney, but for foreigners it might be less obvious, and those could be the biggest customer group. For the rest it looks very good. So perhaps the car bigger, a bit more from a higher standpoint for the car only, and change the yellow to black or so for the word TAXI on the hood.
