Being a colour neg film, it really doesn't "push": more processing does
not yield more detail (and in my experience DOES yield a whack of extra
base density, to drop your contrast even further).  It will, however,
give a printable result shot at 800 and processed normally.  I have seen
excellent results shot at ISO 100 and 50 and processed normally.  The
negs were rather heavy, but the resulting prints looked fabulous
(possibly because the overexposure boosted the film's rather wimpy contrast).

The grain itself is very soft, yielding what appears on smaller prints
to be a very fine-grained image, but on larger prints I find the image
kind of mushy overall.  It's quite appropriate if you want to add a
little softness to your portraits.
