For some reason, your post reminds me of one of those "the making of..." documentaries. In this case, it was "the making of" one of those star studded famine relief songs/videos. Canada made one, too. The first one was the British one. Then the US did "We are the World". Then Canada did one. I think it was called "Tears are not enough". It was produced by that insipidly bland David Foster - doesn't he do Celine Dion now?
Anyway, they showed a scene of several takes by Neil Young. After each take, Foster asks for another. Finally, he says, "Neil, you're a bit flat on that one".
Neil answers, "Hey, man, that's my style".
I don't know that I have style. Or that I'm good with blur. I don't think it's really anything to "be good" with. You just shoot lots, and some stuff comes out okay.
So, Chris, I know you were being tongue in cheek, but what the hell. Go for blur. Motion blur. OOF blur.
Call it "art". You won't make a penny from it, but like me, you can then wear a beret. <vbg>
