If it's the same one you sent me a while back, I had no issues with the sharpness, didn't see any light fall off, and was impressed with how contrasty it is. Of course, I am also hoping that my nearly 2G investment in this one lens isn't going to be a bust, so I am looking for good things rather than bad. William Robb
