Sorry, I don't know. There was a book series about 15 years ago
from Aperture Press<?> that gave overviews of various camera
systems, but I don't know if they covered the 6x7 or not. If I
dig around, I may find the Pentax one, I am pretty sure I have a
copy of it. It will be a bit of an excavation to find it,
however. Perhaps later today.
