Keh is good. You will pay exchange and GST. They do like to ship UPS, but will ship via Fed/Ex if you insist, although they charge a nominal higher up front shipping cost. If you have them ship via UPS, you will also pay a hefty brokerage fee, something like 15% of the declared value. Fed/Ex does charge brokerage, but it is more reasonable, much more reasonable..
If you have a friend in the USA, I advise having KEH ship to your friend, and have that person ship you the product via parcel post.
