Dave, are you shooting in RAW? That is what the Nikon color space sounds like to me. If so, you may want to open in that and save your images in 16 bit Photoshop. Also, unless you're just working in the web, you may want to change your working space to Adobe 1998. sRGB color space is close to what a monitor can display. Adobe 1998 is close to what ink jet and digital mini labs can output and is a larger gamut then sRGB. Butch Each man had only one genuine vocation - to find the way to himself.
