Hi, Sven ... Just set the aspect ratio in the menu bar, both for the crop tool and the marquee tool. If you plan to crop a lot using that aspect ratio, you can create a preset shape/ratio/size for the tool.
If you need specifics on how to do this, i.e., if you can't figure it out yourself or find the info in the PS help section, drop me a line off list.
