The DOF-master calculator dial gives me 6.4 meter (21 feet) at 80mm (6x6) at
f22.  This is the value for CoC = 0,030mm. My table gives me 5.3m (CoC =
0.055mm). For 0.055 the chart values match my table precisely. I guess CoC
should be different for each format (different enlargement). It's great idea
to make a calculator dial for each lens(cab). I will do just that for my 6x6
lenses.

Here is a link for a couple depth of field calculators - including a
program, DOFMaster, which will let you choose format and focal length to
print a circular slide rule device that you can carry with you to determine
the zone of focus.  Best of all.....it's free.
