Hi! Shel, could be because I live in Israel and work in Tel Aviv (which some call Los Angeles of Middle East), but this photo does not really work for me.
I see people drinking their beverages, a boy probably about to pick up his scooter or however these things are called, and a man just having passed by. It is technically very sound just like all your works, but it does not converge on me, so to say. I don't reach the conclusion.
