The way I see it:
Ditto for her hair, OTOH shining is present on her nose, some lite make-up could help, and also diminish those little dark rings under her eyes.
To me the center of your pic is around her mouth, at first I thought it was kind of misterious, a second glimpse I found some disdain. Not sure about this one.
With some minor changes I think you can come up with a nice glam shot.
