John, your trip sounds simply amazing. I do wish that I had been "into" photography as I am now when I visited Hong Kong. Just too many photo opportunities missed! If only I knew then what I know now!
Ryan! I didn't know that you took that shot of me in John's kitchen! To put it into perspective for everyone else, that is me holding what is left of my FA 28-105 pz after it took its fall from the tripod. I wish we had taken a pic of the AF360fgz in all its pieces too! Glad to say that they are all back together and working like a dream now thanks to CR Kennedy in Brisbane. Now as for that shot of us at the table... I can't believe that my nose is so big! What is the world coming to!?! Omg, note to self, NEVER let anyone take a profile shot of me again! <vbg> tan. -----Original Message----- From: Ryan Lee [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, 14 April 2004 6:39 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: BrisPDML snaps (was Re: China - dream or nightmare?) Good ol Ralda :-) I made a large print of the Riverfest fireworks and the size I chose cut out some of the width much to my dismay. Within 10 minutes, she made a print one size up for me at no extra charge! Very impressed. But for convenience, I'm happy with the fellas down at Kodak MacArthur.. one of the girls, Ellen, is new but nice and really helpful. Oh also stuff I didn't put up earlier, some snaps from BrisPDML on a roll of Fujipress 1600. Not very impressive snaps (I was distracted by the heartiest conversation..) but it's all about documentation ;-) http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/John.JPG http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/Tanja28-105maraca.JPG http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/RyanTanjaJohn.JPG http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/JohnJan.JPG http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/TanjaJohnJan2.JPG http://home.iprimus.com.au/heygoose/TanjaJohnJan.JPG Cheers, Ryan
