At least she's on a train or a bus, you could take as many of those shots as you want on a workday morning driving down any LA freeway. As for the picture, you should have gotten her number instead. <vbg>

For 1/15th, not bad at all as far as sharpness, composition is good, subject doesn't do much for me but I like it.....

So, before you look at it, I know I blew the focus. I was wide open, shooting at about 1/15th, and once I took the first shot, she heard the camera, looked at me and glared such that I decided not to take another (damn that LX is loud!). So, it was a one shot deal, sadly. I also feel that I missed "the moment" a bit, but maybe there's still enough charm to overcome those two things; let me know what you think.
