Wow, Great Shot, Christian!!

That's amazing detail, and I really like the framing (cutting off the rear of it's body, to concentrate on the upper half, including the head). Otherwise, wonderful composition, great vivid colours.

It rocks.

Looking back through my archives, I've shot probably 100 images using the
Vivitar 6000AF ring flash with the D.  No trouble to report, and generally
the exposures were pretty good.
