For all the problems you listed, the shot is very nice.  Since you
haven't really shot much with a real macro (closeup), some of the
shakiness is just the magnification from the closeup.  That is why
using a tripod is so useful in these situations.  It really helps with
movement/shakiness and also helps you make sure your final composition
is what you want.

But, overall, this is a very nice shot.  I think that I would like to
see a little more or a little less DOF - IOW, have only the foreground
flower in focus or have most all the flowers in focus.  Of course,
that is one of the niceties of the DSLR, shoot 'em all and evaluate
later.
