OK ... here are the hood recommendations:
PENTAX: Takumar 105/2.8; Takumar 105/2.8 100/4.0; Takumar 135/3.5
200/5.6
NIKON: HN-7 or HN-8 with 49~52 step up ring.
The Pentax hoods may be the best way to go as no step up ring is
needed and the 135/3.5 is usually pretty easy to find, and fairly
inexpensive as well.
CAVEAT: although I use the Takumar 135/3.5 on my 75~150 zoom, it's
possible (but doubtful) that it will vignette on the 70mm zoom. If
concerned, then use the shorter 105/2.8 hood or either of the
Nikons.
