Hi Henri - and welcome to the PDML. The 2.5/135 is a K not an M. It's brilliant. I paid 100$+ for mine 6 months ago! The M 1.4 is - AFAI recall - excellent. (The SMC F 1.4/50 is one of the best ever made anywhere).

First off, a SMC-M 50mm f/1.4 for about $35 Second, a SMC-M 135mm f/2.5 for about $45 (Not the Takumar one) Are these good lenses, and worthwhile buying? I'm a poor student and rather not spend more money than necessary, besides, i already have a couple of zoom lenses that cover this range (a 35-70mm and a 70-210mm).
