The data sheets for the individual products should have capacity
information. Black and white developers are pretty tame stuff
for disposal. Household cleaners are much more toxic than
developer. Stopbath and weak vinegar are pretty much the same
thing.
Fixer, on the other hand, should be desilvered prior to dumping.
