3. Connect them to a switch, and an inductor.
4. Shield all electrical equipment you don't want damaged.
5. Hit the switch.
When the circuit is closed, the current will run threw the inductor, inducing a great magnetic field. This field will be so large, that it will induce current on the wires of electronic devices thus frying electronic components. I may have missed a few steps, but that is the basic idea.
