This is just a wild guess, but I would guess that Jobo only markets them, and they are made by another company. Perhaps I am wrong, but in digital products, Jobo mostly only remarked the stuff (from scanline cameras, ...). It would certainly make sense in such a thing as an image tank, which is just few circuits and a 2.5" HDD. Perhaps the original one is even cheaper :)
