That's not exactly true. I sold a lens or some such to a fellow in Oz, and he didn't leave feedback until well after to 90 day period. He didn't tell me how he did it, but it's there. Maybe he had to go through some eBay hoops, maybe he had to set the Kozmik Klok back a month or so, but the feedback was posted.
