I can't see where it's bad design. it runs great on my computer, and the RAW converter is awesome. It's the best thing that ever happened to digital photography. I see no slowdown compared to PS 6, although I never ran PS 7. I'm running it on a Mac G4, dual processor 1.25 gigahertz. I can't imagine how well it must run on a G5, 2 gigahertz. (Okay, I can imagine, but I can't afford it right now.)
