Dario, I too adore this image! I second everything that everyone else has commented on, and I wouldn't change a single thing if I were you!
It is one of those shots to which I can honestly say - "I wish I took it"! btw, the rain on the paving gives it an appearance almost like polished wood floors! Very interesting effect. tan. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, 20 May 2004 8:21 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: PAW06: Child's play (corrected) Dario, I really liked the first picture and found it inspiring. I didn't comment at first but will now. The contrast between stillness and movement, between 'black & white' building and colorful umbrella are great. This is the best of your series for me. I see the building's being off horizontal as part of the movement/tension in the image. And I like the way we can see almost nothing of the boy...just motion. I found this inspiring because the idea is simple and something I can do, and because it is such a creative use of an unsharp image. Regards, Bob S. Dario writes: > Hi Peter, > > I tried to do that.
