Spectacular or intriguing views (its outstanding distortion correction hides
its focal length sometimes, giving pictures that intriguing taste) and very
good quality for film. One of my favorites.

Wide views and bad quality on the *ist D: soft soft soft at any aperture.
The DA 14/2.8 is meant to replace it for digital photography.

I paid $1,000 (new, at a clearance sale) for it a few years ago.
