Frantisek & Cotty, I have used the same clandestine shooting technique of not putting the camera to my eye. This is possible with the Pentax LX and the waist level finder or the Yashica T4 which has a top down window for aligning shots. Neither of these is as quiet as a digital, but they will take you thru most situations. People just don't expect you to use a camera this way. Regards, Bob S.
