On the pic (first line, second column) one sees very well the hole for the lock, the electrical contacts (including 3 insulated) and the lever for diaphragm aperture.I can't judge if that's a K mount, but I do know that the "C/D" label was reserved for Soligor's better efforts. Some people comment favorably on the CDs.
