One thing I really dislike about this site is the way it enforces a
viewing style on anyone looking at the pictures.

When I browse a gallery I generally like to leave the thumbnail page
open, and select one or two images at a time by alternate-clicking
and bringing up a new browser window.

This is impossible with Tanja's gallery, because there is Javascript
that traps the alternate-click, and pops up a silly little dialog box
saying "Sorry, all images on this site are Copyright Tanya Mayer 2004".
Presumably this is an attempt to prevent people downloading the images.
It doesn't work, of course - it's trivially easy to circumvent this.

Please, lose that Javascript; it doesn't protect the images, but it
does serve to annoy (at least some) legitimate viewers of the site.

P.S.: There are some interesting images there. I always like to see
how an 'outsider' views a new cultural experience. Looking at
what you chose to photograph is an invitation to re-examine the
'everyday' things that tend to get taken for granted.

P.P.S: How was the Madonna concert?
