Not necessarily too much of a problem. The part itself should be comparatively cheap - the labour to recreate an FA* lens may be what makes the decision.


What is it with you and smashing lenses whilst you are away from home, anyway? You should carry a real bottle-end piece of junk with you at all times; maybe that would catch the flak. 8-)
