from a full charge, i believe that the 2G Microdrive is as much as can be safely copied from Microdrives. i did the numbers once and it seems that about 3G is where it is expected to run out of power. i'm thinking of getting the Flashtrax myself, but will use only solid state memory cards with it. from what they say, a full charge should be able to copy 6-7G of solid state CF cards before running out of power. that's what i expect to shoot on a really busy day of good shooting. only RAW, of course. no JPEG .
