in order to offer an opinion on its technical and artistic merits? :-)

FWIW, the explanation: he's stitching handlebar tape onto his bike's 
handlebars.

I have to agree with Frank. It does not conclude. I really don't seem
to understand what's going on and what stitching has to do with the
bicycle...
Perhaps an explanation is due here.
