In the hopes of inspiring those that can, to do something different next weekend...
My wife and son are going out of town for 10 days to visit her father in Florida. That means I'll be 'unhindered' when I'm home. There's a beautiful drive between Banks and Lowman, in Idaho, that I have been on several times. Unfortunately, it's always been the ending of a camping trip, at twilight, and a rush to get home.
I think this weekend I will drive there, only about 1 hour from home, and slowly see the 30+ miles of canyons, mountains, and waterfalls... it will take most of a day, roundtrip.
