Aha, but wine did get drunk at the GFM PDML. In fact I think I had the whole blooming bottle over the course of the evening, French dry white, of course. I took it up to dinner in my Domke vest pocket, and was dead set on finding a corkscrew when someone said that apparently no alcohol was allowed in the restaurant. At the risk of upsetting any organisers, i kept the (cold) bottle in my pocket and it returned with me down the mountain back to camp, where it was indeed opened. I think someone had a styrofoam cup of it as well, can't remember who.
