Yes it would.With the D1 and my Pentax film cameras i had a spot picked and would fire
then.With the 
D2h its a lot faster shutter speed so i'm relearning.I have been doing two,three 
"burst"shots and pick 
the best and delete the rest.Once i get use to it,i'll stop doing that.

BTW,i'm sure more experimenting is needed,but still not to happy with the contrast and
Av,Tv mode 
exposures.My experiments at the show Sunday would indicate Moose Peterson's settings fo
the D2h 
is better suited(WB Auto,Tone Auto)rather than tone normal.Normal is to 
harsh.Unfortunatly
its not 
visible on the lcd,only after 6 hours work downloaded to computer.
My D1 gave me more consistant exposures in all modes than this D2h.Discouraging.
