I had an original 645 with 55, 75, and 150 lenses. The mirror is loud but
extremely well dampened and is easy to hand hold. I never had problems with
mirror slap vibrations. IIRC you can go a bit slower then 1/focal length. I
probably wouldn't go lower then 1/60 with the 75mm or 1/30 with the 45 or
1/125 with the 150 and would rather shoot faster if possible.
