Wedding photography is street photography.
The big difference is that the streets are paved with rose petals.
I would just do what you do to make pictures.

This is presuming that the word "help" implies that there will be
someone else on board to do the stuff that the grannies will like.
Not to imply that the grannies wouldn't like the pictures you take
and all.
