FWIW I don't like the branches on the left but there's not a lot I could do about them.
This is the kind of scene that is an absolute nightmare to spot meter. It's a pity that the water has lost its highlight detail but I decided that I'd rather lose that than the shadows. Unfortunately my scanner can't resolve the shadow detail in the slide so the whole thing looks a bit contrasty.
Oh here's the other waterfall pic. Should have raised the tripod a little higher to get more of the water. I should also get around to printing it.
