Iused to have a book describing pentax cameras to the mesuper, including the LX
it went into great detail about the LX exposure system.
The leds in viewfinder is an indication only in automatic AP. the actual shutter speed
is determined in realtime by the OTF sencor off the filim and the pattern on the first
shutter curtian. It works at any
speed from 1/2000 down (stepless)
