Due to some financial difficulties (and an addiction to eBay <g>), I'm clearing out the bodies and lenses I don't need. Think of it as an excellent opportunity to enable yourself. :) If you see anything you like, please contact me off-list. I'm giving the PDML first choice, then later I'll post the stuff that no one wants on rec.photo.marketplace, and then on eBay. I live in Canada, but will ship to anywhere in the world provided that the buyer pays for the cost of shipping. Just as a rough guide, shipping a regular body and lens with insurance to the US via post office air mail costs around $8.00 US, while a small lens may run $5.00 to $6.00. All of the following prices are in US dollars. My packing is excellent, so no worries there. As far as condition goes, figure them to be users, not collectibles. I'll try to give an idea of their shape below, but again, just ask if you need more info. Unless I say otherwise, assume that all shutter speeds and camera functions appear to work accurately. Anything that requires batteries will come with brand new ones. If you have any questions, please write to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I'll answer them within 24 hours. Thanks! K-1000 w/ "A" 50mm f2: $150 --Lens good except for 2 pinprick dots on front element (coating separation?) Average minor wear on body, but nothing major. K-1000 w/ "M" 50mm f2: $80 --A beater. Top of pentaprism slightly rippled, hotshoe slightly askew (flash still fires, but sits at a small angle). Lens has dented filter ring and cannot accept filter. Small dent on corner of top panel. Camera works fine; meter appears accurate. Black Spotmatic SP w/ 55mm f1.8 Super-Tak: $100 --Average body wear plus extensive (and beautiful) brassing on the underside of the lens mount. This is definitely a much-used camera. Meter and functions seem fine, though shutter button could use some lubrication. Cambron 24mm f2.8 (Multi-Coated) (K-mount, but not an "A" lens): $70 --Glass in good condition; focusing is even; moderate wear on aperture ring; some focusing guide numbers worn off. SMC Pentax-M 28mm f2.8: $60 --Good cosmetic and working condition; glass has a piece of dust inside and what looks like part of a fingerprint on an inner element near the rear. Takumar (Bayonet) 135mm f2.5: $40 --Excellent condition; built-in lens hood. SMC Pentax 45-125mm f4: $125 --Excellent condition! CPC KR 80-200mm f4 Multi-Coated: $20 with case and manual --Glass is in pretty good shape; rest of lens is pretty ugly. Single-touch true zoom. 13 elements in 9 groups; close focusing is 1.3 m (1:5 reproduction ratio). Pentax AF200S flash: $30 (I have 2 of these) --Works fine, but cosmetically ugly. Three-pin contact. Sunpak Softlite 1600A flash: $30 --This is a cute little thing. Only 1.25-1.5 inches thick, with a bounce head. Two auto settings and a manual one. Single-pin contact. Only takes 2 "AA" batteries. Digital Data Back M: $60 --Pretty rough cosmetically, but works fine. Lowepro Street and Field Toploader 70AW: $50 --Excellent condition. Only used it a few times, as I prefer the more streamlined TLZ 2. The S&F one is a much better bag, though. See: http://www.lowepro.com/pages/bySeries/StreetF.htm# for details about the S&F system. chris - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
