Very true. It brought my husband back to SLR photography. He went through 3 digital P&Ss before buying a ZX-50, because he missed having that level of control. Problem is, he hated scanning the prints. Then the 300D came out, months before the *istD. He pounced on it and hasn't looked back (although I think he actually covets the *istD. :) Amita
