Let me guess. JPEG's from customers digital media that was erased after
downloading to your machines? Sort of like pouring in the fixer first, heh?

Well the processing may be consistant from lab to lab but the film
handling certainly isnt. I had a BUNCH of my 120 films kinked by
rookie film loaders also a whole bunch of 35mm films scratched and
fingerprinted by careless operators. Those problems have totally
disappeared since I do my own now.
Yup. That crap has finally found it's way into my lab as well.
I held it off for as long as I could.
To top it off, today my countertop digital machine decided to start
mangling files, and I had a several dozen unprintable or unopenable
jpegs spread over a dozen orders.
