Well OK, I easily found half a dozen labs or chains of labs in Tokyo (including the one hour consumer places) that develop and print C41 film. To me this begs the question that if digicams have reached saturation in Japan, then who's films are they developing? So my interpretations are; either digicams haven't reached saturation, the labs get all their trade from backward foreigners :-) or film co-exists to a surprising extent with digital in that temple of technology that is Tokyo (now how's that for alliteration?!).
